Meridian is an AI-powered platform built for international tax professionals. It combines always-current legislation with AI analysis to help you produce Big 4-quality memorandums, research cross-border tax questions, and stay on top of legislative changes across 30+ jurisdictions.

Your home base — see memorandum stats, recent activity, AI assistant quick-access, and legislative alerts at a glance.
Memorandums
Create, edit, and manage tax memorandums. Each memo follows a structured format: background, analysis, conclusion, and recommendations.
AI Chat
Ask international tax questions in natural language. Get answers grounded in current treaties, legislation, and case law — with citations.
Import email correspondence (.eml files) to build case documentation. Link emails to memorandums for a complete audit trail.
Calendar
Track filing deadlines, treaty notifications, and client milestones. Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to sync events automatically.
Documents
Upload treaties, legislation, case law, and client documents. Uploaded files are automatically processed for AI search.
Legislation
Browse the curated database of international tax legislation, treaties, and case law across all monitored jurisdictions.
First Steps
- Upload a document — Go to Documents, drag and drop a treaty or piece of legislation. It will be processed and made searchable by the AI.
- Start a conversation — Open AI Chat and ask a tax question. The AI will search your uploaded documents and the legislation database.
- Create a memorandum — Go to Memorandums → New Memorandum. Select the type (PE, WHT, IP, etc.), add jurisdictions, and provide the client facts. Use AI to generate a draft.
- Connect your calendar — Go to Calendar and link your Google or Microsoft account. Deadlines and key dates will sync automatically.
- Connect your email — In Settings, set up your IMAP connection to automatically import correspondence. See the Email Setup guide for details.
